Key Responsibilities

Translate complex business and regulatory standards into structured digital requirements, ontologies, and metadata schemas

Design and manage knowledge graphs mapping relationships across products, entities, and geographic regions

Lead the architecture of a Modern Data Stack using Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, and advanced LLMs (Claude, GPT-4)

Develop predictive data models combining historical data with real-time geospatial (GIS) signals to anticipate risks and identify patterns

Deploy AI agents to autonomously assess risks across transactions, audit reports, and business processes

Refine anomaly detection - identifying inconsistencies and data mismatches through automated collation

Champion a rapid incremental roadmap, balancing visionary architecture with functional releases that deliver immediate value

Create "data stories" that explain complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and domain experts to shape end-to-end data solutions
Requirements
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Architecture or Data Engineering, ideally including complex supply chains (Sustainability, Logistics, or Finance verticals preferred)

Proven experience with Knowledge Graphs (Neo4j, Azure PostgreSQL with Apache AGE, AWS Neptune, or similar)

Hands-on experience with Graph Neural Networks and complex ontology building

Expert-level experience with the Azure ecosystem, specifically Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI Foundry

Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and agentic frameworks into production environments (for classification, insight generation, risk assessment)

Strong programming skills (Python)

Solid background in data modeling, schema design, and metadata management

"Builder" mindset - comfortable moving between architecture, code, and stakeholder conversations

Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Nice to have:

Familiarity with geospatial (GIS) data structures and overlaying them onto data graphs

Background in sustainability, ESG, traceability, or certification domains

Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for data solutions

Knowledge of data governance tools (Azure Purview or similar)
